Salary Budget - Up to 6.5 LPA
Location-- Sitapura, Jaipur
Experience- 5+ Years, preferably in manufacturing industry
Roles and Responsibilities:
Accounting & Taxation Tasks:
- Manage sales, purchase, and export accounting, including reconciliation and filing.
- Oversee TDS, GST, DBK refunds, and inter-unit reconciliations.
- Handle salary, wages, ESI, PF payments, and gratuity accounting.
- Conduct online banking transactions for vendor payments, utilities, taxes, and insurance renewals.
- Maintain insurance trackers for fire, marine, workman compensation, and other coverages.
- Perform 26AS working and reconciliation.
Reporting to Banks & Departments:
- Prepare monthly stock statements, assist with rating renewals, and bank audits.
- Manage annual and monthly statutory filings, including MSME and actuarial filings.
- Handle bank loan renewals and credit limit rollovers.
Management Reporting:
- Provide stock summaries, cash flow forecasts, and aging reports.
- Prepare sales and fund requirement reports for senior management.
- Support balance sheet filing and maintain the interest calendar.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and reconciliation.
- Excellent multitasking and analytical skills.
