Internship Overview:

We are on the lookout for a Business Development Associate Intern who is eager to make their mark in sales and business development. This hybrid role, based in Bangalore , is a golden opportunity to learn the art of lead generation, client acquisition, and sales strategies while experiencing both remote work and on-ground client interactions. If you’re passionate about building meaningful client relationships and closing impactful deals, we’d love to have you on board


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and on-site visits.
  • Client Acquisition: Build strong relationships with potential clients and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Closing Deals: Collaborate with the regional head in Bangalore for on-field visits to close sales effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ensure smooth onboarding and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Prepare reports on lead generation, sales closures, and overall business development activities.


What We Offer:

  • Performance-Based Stipend (First Month): Your stipend will depend on the number of appointments closed and sales achieved in the initial month.
  • Fixed Stipend (Second & Third Months): Based on your first month’s performance, a fixed stipend will be offered for the subsequent two months.
  • Full-Time Opportunity: Demonstrated capability during the 3-month internship could lead to a full-time role with us.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (remote + field visits).
  • Interest in sales, business development, and digital marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.


Location:

This internship is based in Bangalore . Candidates must be available for field visits within Bangalore for client meetings and sales closures.
