We are looking for a hands-on Senior Digital Marketing Sales/Business Development Executive with a passion and enthusiasm for Digital Media. The ideal candidate must have good communication and interpersonal skills along with sound knowledge of Digital Marketing & Branding terms. We have a generous incentive structure to reward efforts and results.


Job Description:

  • Being a Senior Business Development Executive, the focus has to be on pitching solutions and services to potential prospects and fulfilling needs with respect to digital advertising and marketing.
  • To work on leads provided by the marketing team and prepare proposals as per the need of prospects.
  • To Conduct market research and plan sales campaigns.
  • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery, and specifications with buyers and managers
  • To maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Ensure nil Customer complaints & Zero tolerance against fraud and misleading.
  • To achieve monthly targets for meetings, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Never settle, continuously strive to improve and innovate, keep things simple and learn from doing well, and not so well.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Effective Tele-calling, Cold Callings, E-mailing, Presentations Demonstrations, Proposal making, Negotiations, and Client Relationship building is the prime Skill.
  • Good English communication & interpersonal skills required
  • Must be good in negotiation & convincing skills
  • Target oriented. Demonstrated and proven sales results.
  • Excellent presentation and documentation skills.
  • Review the Prospect's company presence on social media
  • Target-oriented. Demonstrated and proven sales results.
