Job Description :
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to join our team in a work-from-home capacity. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Ideal candidates will be graduates with a strong interest or prior knowledge in the stock market .
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through emails, calls, and online meetings.
- Market Research : Keep up-to-date with the latest stock market trends and competitor activities to identify new business prospects.
- Sales Strategy : Assist in developing strategies to convert leads into long-term clients, with an emphasis on stock market-related products/services.
- Client Consultation : Provide basic consultations regarding stock market opportunities and financial products.
- Report and Analysis : Track progress on leads, maintain CRM updates, and report on key metrics and outcomes.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business development goals with company objectives.
Qualifications :
- Education : Any Bachelor’s degree
- Stock Market Knowledge : Strong understanding of stock market concepts, trends, and trading fundamentals.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal (Hindi & English) and written communication skills for effective client interactions.
- Sales Experience : Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or business development is a plus.
- Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
- Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business software.
- Team Player : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with a remote team.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience or knowledge in the financial industry, especially stock trading and investment.
- Previous remote work experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial products and services.
