Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness in the retail furniture industry. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, including digital marketers, content creators, graphic designers, and marketing coordinators. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and drive revenue growth. Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, print advertising, and events. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in our product offerings and marketing strategies. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI and KPIs. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement, and sales metrics, to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize performance. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the retail furniture industry, with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving business objectives. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, foster collaboration, and drive results. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and analytics. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Customer-focused mindset with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics in the retail furniture industry. Qualifications Post Graduate MBA or equivalent experience in Marketing 15 to 20 Years of experience in marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent multitasking and project management skills End-to-end experience in Marketing
