Furlenco is a different furniture company. We enable the urban Indian to live better today in their homes, by giving them award-winning furniture and home decor with a basket of access to rent, buy, sell and buy back.
All of our furniture is designed in-house by experts. We don’t just give furniture. We provide decor, accessories and appliances as well. We have launched our offline stores so that one can furnish their entire home, room or corner without traversing multiple stores or websites

Are you a visionary marketer with a knack for storytelling, an eye for detail, and a passion for building iconic brands? We’re on the hunt for a Brand Head to helm our Brand Marketing team and bring bold ideas to life.

As part of our core team, you’ll work closely with brilliant minds both inside and outside the organization to execute a brand strategy that leaves a lasting impact.
What You’ll Do:
Own the Vision
- Take charge of the brand marketing calendar , ensuring every quarter and year aligns with big-picture business goals.
- Craft and execute creative strategies that amplify brand awareness and spark excitement.
- Liaison with teams to understand the communication mandate for both online and offline initiatives, including app/website, email, SMS, push notifications, ads, and physical stores.
Build Iconic Campaigns
- Dream up, design, and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that are as impactful as they are memorable.
- Lead photo/video shoots , collaborations , activations , and media interventions that turn heads.
- Write campaign briefs and define deliverables that bring clarity to communication objectives.
Create & Innovate
- Inspire and guide the creative team to develop cutting-edge content—think visuals, videos, and storytelling that captivate.
- Ensure every piece of content—whether on social media, websites, or physical stores—delivers a consistent and compelling brand message.
Collaborate Like a Pro
- Partner with internal teams (cross-functionally) and external agencies to bring campaigns to life , on time and in line with the vision.
- Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams (product, sales, and digital marketing) to ensure the brand voice echoes through every channel.
Measure What Matters
- Define KPIs , track campaign success, and analyze performance with a laser focus on results.
- Present insights and recommendations that continuously elevate the brand’s impact.
Be a Thought Leader
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping an eye on industry trends , consumer behaviors , and competitive landscapes .
- Champion innovation and elevate the brand’s market presence with bold, data-driven decisions.
Own the Resources
- Take charge of the creative budget , ensuring every rupee is spent to maximize ROI and deliver stellar results.
