About the Role Are you passionate about creating impactful social media campaigns? Do you excel at turning ideas into high-performing ads? Viral Internet Brands is looking for a dynamic Paid Social Specialist to join our talented marketing team in Bangalore. You will manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, driving growth for our exclusive portfolio of e-commerce brands under our parent company in France.
Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Manager, and Pinterest Ads.
Collaborate with our French head office to align strategies with brand goals and guidelines.
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) to refine strategies.
Test and optimize ad creatives, including visuals and copy, for maximum engagement and ROI.
Stay updated on the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices in paid social media.
Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social media campaigns for e-commerce brands.
Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Manager, and Pinterest Ads.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio.
A creative and strategic mindset with a focus on performance-driven results.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional and global teams.
