What You’ll Do:

Own the Vision

  • Take charge of the brand marketing calendar , ensuring every quarter and year aligns with big-picture business goals.
  • Craft and execute creative strategies that amplify brand awareness and spark excitement.
  • Liaison with teams to understand the communication mandate for both online and offline initiatives, including app/website, email, SMS, push notifications, ads, and physical stores.

Build Iconic Campaigns

  • Dream up, design, and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that are as impactful as they are memorable.
  • Lead photo/video shoots , collaborations , activations , and media interventions that turn heads.
  • Write campaign briefs and define deliverables that bring clarity to communication objectives.

Create & Innovate

  • Inspire and guide the creative team to develop cutting-edge content—think visuals, videos, and storytelling that captivate.
  • Ensure every piece of content—whether on social media, websites, or physical stores—delivers a consistent and compelling brand message.

Collaborate Like a Pro

  • Partner with internal teams (cross-functionally) and external agencies to bring campaigns to life , on time and in line with the vision.
  • Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams (product, sales, and digital marketing) to ensure the brand voice echoes through every channel.

Measure What Matters

  • Define KPIs , track campaign success, and analyze performance with a laser focus on results.
  • Present insights and recommendations that continuously elevate the brand’s impact.

Be a Thought Leader

  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping an eye on industry trends , consumer behaviors , and competitive landscapes .
  • Champion innovation and elevate the brand’s market presence with bold, data-driven decisions.

Own the Resources

  • Take charge of the creative budget , ensuring every rupee is spent to maximize ROI and deliver stellar results.
