Job Title - Director of Sales – F&A Location - Pune / Mumbai / Gandhinagar / Bengaluru / Delhi /Gurgaon Shift Timings : US/ UK/ AU shift Experience required - Minimum 5 Years of total work experience of which at least 3 years should be in F&A Domain. About the role : ● As an F&A Director of Sales at befree, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, and closing deals with C-level executives. You are required to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Delivery etc) to develop and execute sales strategies, provide market insights and feedback. ● We are looking for someone who has at least 3-5 years of experience in selling F&A solutions, preferably in the KPO/BPO/ITES industry. They should have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as a strong network of contacts and relationships in the F&A domain. ● Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring win-win agreements while maintaining profitability and risk management. ● Own and meet/exceed sales targets, with a focus on high-value deals that align with the company’s long term goals. ● Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and business retention. Should be willing to travel the globe and any length to achieve this. ● Drive complete sales cycle responsibility from the first contact to negotiating and closing the final deal. Responsibilities : ● Engage with decision makers : Professional communication and sales/marketing skills to engage with key decision makers (Director/VP/C-level) of mid-sized enterprises to introduce befree service offerings, identify the area of opportunity and schedule phone/face-to face meetings. ● Pricing and bids : Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals. ● Contracts negotiation : Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations. ● Market watch : Is responsible for identifying various market segments, customer needs, changing market trends & keeping the respective business owners abridged on the industry review & updates. ● Research : Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements. Plan sales campaigns, create contents etc. ● Working with other teams : Work closely with the Pre-sales, Operations, Sales Support, Transitions, Transformation, Marketing, HR & other respective BUs to ensure teams business necessities are met & executed. ● Team management : Train members of team, arranging external / Internal training where appropriate. Motivate the team, provide necessary assistance, track performance, and report metrics. ● Reporting : Preparation and presentation of reports on sales forecast, event budget, pipeline of prospects, and other relevant reports required by senior management.
