Role Description
This is a contract role for a Business Sales Consultant at FriendsSquare. The Consultant will be responsible-
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process Development:
- Analyze current sales practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop structured and scalable sales processes tailored to our human development solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Sales Funnel Optimization:
- Design and implement an end-to-end sales funnel.
- Define and track key metrics at each stage of the funnel to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
- Create strategies to nurture leads effectively through the funnel.
Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify competitors and benchmark their strategies.
- Provide insights into pricing, positioning, and customer acquisition tactics used by competitors.
- Recommend differentiators to position FriendsSquare as the preferred solution provider.
Client Acquisition:
- Support the business development team with lead generation and prospecting strategies.
- Assist in creating customized sales pitches and proposals for prospective clients.
- Act as a consultant for closing deals, offering insights into client pain points and solution alignment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales consulting, business development, or a similar role, preferably in HR, organizational psychology, or B2B solutions.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, funnels, and metrics.
- Proficiency in competitor analysis and market research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms is a plus.
