We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Professional to drive and expand our recruitment business in the Gulf Region (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait) . The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple sectors. Business Development & Client Acquisition Identify and develop new business opportunities with companies in the Gulf region. Build and maintain strong client relationships with HR heads, business leaders, and decision-makers. Negotiate contracts, terms, and commercial agreements. Maintain a strong candidate database for Gulf market requirements (blue-collar, white-collar, and senior-level). Coordinate visa, mobilization, and onboarding processes in alignment with Gulf compliance requirements. Stay updated with Gulf labor laws, recruitment trends, and talent supply-demand. Work closely with internal sourcing teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Graduate / MBA preferred, with 3–8 years of experience in International/Gulf recruitment . Proven track record in business development and client handling in the Gulf region . Strong network of clients and candidates in industries such as Construction, Oil & Gas, Engineering, Healthcare, FMCG, Hospitality, etc. Knowledge of visa processing, mobilization, and Gulf compliance will be an added advantage.
