Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership Take full ownership of achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Drive lead conversion through strategic sales approaches and ensure timely follow-ups.
Develop and implement sales strategies to capture new leads and expand the client base.
Provide sales coaching and support to team members to improve their skills and performance.
Track and analyze sales metrics to optimize team performance and ensure continuous improvement.
Team Management Assign sales leads to team members and monitor their progress.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and performance updates.
Provide training on immigration services, sales techniques, and client management.
Client Relationship Management Ensure a seamless client experience by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Oversee client communications to maintain high service standards and satisfaction.
Handle escalated client inquiries and complex cases to drive successful outcomes.
Collaboration and Coordination Work closely with marketing teams to align sales campaigns with promotional activities.
Coordinate with operations and case management teams to ensure smooth transitions post-sales.
Act as a liaison between senior management and the sales team for reporting and feedback.
Reporting and Analysis Prepare regular sales performance reports for management, including insights and recommendations.
Monitor team progress against targets and provide actionable solutions for underperformance.
Use CRM tools and analytics to track client interactions and optimize the sales pipeline.
Market and Industry Awareness Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and market trends to better serve clients.
Conduct competitor analysis and suggest service enhancements to stay ahead in the market.
Compliance and Quality Assurance Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards in handling client data.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of (3+) years of sales experience, preferably in immigration consultancy or related services.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
