The Job:

In this largely Inside Sales position at Root On, you will be required to drive ethical sales conversions by identifying true customer requirements/ pain points and solving them through our service offerings ranging from Temporary to Permanent Residence via through phone calls, video calls and even sell by chat mediums via text, emails or social media messengers. You will build systems and processes as and when required and make sure that our CRM is updated at all times. You'll also make sure that a customer has a smooth transition from Sales to Operations team once onboarded so internal team coordination and collaboration is a must.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Staying updated with all legal changes in the Canadian immigration space (Temporary and Permanent).
  • Close both low and high ticket sales while providing maximum value to the customers.
  • Pitch Root On's service offerings for Counselling, Study Abroad, Coaching and other permanent immigration categories.
  • Qualify leads and persuade them to book paid consultations with our Founder & RCIC, Ronak Patel.
  • Collaborate with Operations team, if needed to drive Sales and also with the Marketing team to provide regular campaign feedback.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Have a minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales track record and high ticket sales experience would be a plus.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both spoken and written.
  • Should be tech-savvy, growth and result-oriented.
  • Applicants from an Ed-tech/Overseas education and Immigration background will be preferred, ideally Canada.
  • Coordinate effectively and act as a bridge between customers and our internal team.
  • Be an active listener and a proactive problem solver.
  • Applicants who prefer a base salary + incentive shall be considered.
