Role Summary:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Lead to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling software products, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue targets.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets and key customer segments.


  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and leads.
  • Set individual and team KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.


  • Sales Operations:
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.


Desired Skills and Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in software sales, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of SAAS products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
