Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive - (Railways) at Waaree Group. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with railway clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the railway sector.


Qualifications

·       Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting decision-makers within Indian Railways, including zonal railways, railway boards, and relevant authorities.

·       Travelling is must and shall be at least 75% of job requirement

·       Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments within Indian Railways, fostering a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.

·       Proactively identify opportunities for deploying our flexible solar solutions in railway applications, demonstrating their technical and economic benefits.

·       Prepare compelling technical and commercial proposals, effectively presenting the value proposition of our solutions to railway officials.

·       Navigate the intricacies of railway procurement processes, ensuring product listing and approvals are obtained efficiently.

·       Manage the sales pipeline effectively, identifying and qualifying leads, and converting them into successful sales.

·       Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets for the Railways division.

·       Stay updated on the latest developments within the Indian Railways sector and the evolving regulatory environment.

·       Maintain accurate sales records and reports, providing insights to support strategic decision-making
