The Role

This full-time position requires a Senior Sales Executive with exceptional sales strategies and relationship-building skills. You will work closely with railway clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth in the railways sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies targeting Indian Railways decision-makers, including zonal railways, railway boards, and relevant authorities.
  • Travel extensively (at least 75% of job requirements) to build strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments within Indian Railways.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for deploying flexible solar solutions in railway applications, showcasing their technical and economic benefits.
  • Present compelling proposals to railway officials, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Navigate complex railway procurement processes to ensure efficient product listings and approvals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, qualify leads, and convert them into successful sales.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for the Railways division.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments within the Indian Railways sector and regulatory environment.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of ₹50 lakhs per annum, plus a performance-based bonus structure, making your total remuneration potentially ₹80 lakhs or more annually.
