We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for both strategic planning and hands-on execution, serving as both a leader and an individual contributor within our sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Identify and prioritize key target markets, industries, and clients for business development efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of IT Services Industry, market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans and initiatives.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
