This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Samak Landscape Pvt. Ltd.” in Gurgaon. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying Partnership opportunities, developing growth Strategies, and building and marketing client relationships. They will also analyze market trends, develop and implement sales strategies, and Participate in networking events.
Roles & Responsibility :-
* Lead and assist the senior manager in the Business Development initiative – residential developers, corporate offices, and hospitality businesses.
* Generate/solicit lead- Organically, cold calling/ digital/ social media Channels.
* Manage Lead end to end from inception to after-sales.
* Crafting Business Proposals and Contracts.
Qualifications Required
* Relevant Experience in Business
* Development and Sales job roles.
* Excellent Verbal and Written
* Communication Skills.
* Strategy thinking and analytics Skills.
* Ability to lead the team effectively
* Experience in Real estate, Project management, Residential Development, and Hospitality Business.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
