We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (on-site Mumbai) who loves meeting people, networking in the field, and driving real partnerships. This role requires on-ground visits and online business outreach, working closely with entertainment, modelling, events, nightlife, and casting ecosystems.You will be responsible for onboarding clients, agencies, and talent, securing listings, and expanding our brand presence across the city.Role Description:On-Ground Business Development- Visit casting directors, production houses, modelling agencies, event companies, clubs, bars, promoters, and nightlife venues to onboard their casting needs and event requirements.- Meet talents (models, actors, musicians, dancers) during events, shoots, and workshops to onboard them to the platform.- Build local partnerships and represent Showcase Yourself in on-ground meetings.Client Outreach & Acquisition- Generate new business opportunities—online and offline.- Secure discovery calls, meetings, and follow-ups with potential partners.- Collaborate with agencies and event organisers to bring recurring projects.What We Offer:- A base salary- Attractive incentives for every successful call, meeting, or casting requirement you secure- Flexibility and the opportunity to be part of an early-stage, fast–growing talent platform- A supportive environment where your ideas and contributions will directly shape our growth
