1. Coordinate portfolio, product, and outdoor photoshoots for All Talent
2. Assist clients to post their requirements on the website
3. Assist talents to create their profiles on the website
4. Work on casting for requirements posted by clients
5. Approve client and talent profiles from the backend
6. Work on answering questions, describing benefits, and discussing the pros and cons of various services that are offered
7. Take notes of meeting recordings and transcribe them into our CRM

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in sales or business development is highly preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
