Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end hiring process for international opportunities. This involves scheduling across time zones, ensuring our applicant tracking system (ATS) is up to date, and managing documentation for visas and work permits.Your primary goal will be to deliver a standout candidate experience by coordinating all hiring activities, from CV screening support to offer logistics for overseas roles.You will also be the point of contact for candidates, sharing role briefs, preparing them for interviews, and maintaining timely and clear communication.In addition, you will manage documentation, assist with collection and verification of passports, credentials, medicals, background checks, and visa/work-permit paperwork in partnership with internal teams and external agencies.Furthermore, you will be responsible for keeping data clean and current by updating requisitions, stages, notes, and reports in the ATS/trackers, as well as maintaining high data hygiene.Post and promote jobs by drafting and publishing compelling job ads on LinkedIn and other portals, coordinate sourcing campaigns with recruiters, report on progress, maintain daily/weekly trackers, and flag risks early.Support onboarding and travel coordination for selected candidates, partner with stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, compliance, and client contacts to meet agreed service level agreements.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:1-4 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations, preferably with international/overseas hiring experience.Strong time-management, attention to detail, and comfort with high-volume coordination.Confident communicator in English, with additional languages being an advantage.Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS and MS Excel/Google Sheets, familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter/job portals.Flexibility to work with multiple time zones, occasional evening/early-morning calls.Basic understanding of global hiring compliance and visa/work-permit processes is a plus.BenefitsWe offer:Competitive salary with performance incentives.Medical/health benefits and paid time off.Learning and growth path into Sr. Coordinator/Recruiter roles.Dynamic, mission-driven team supporting global clients.What We're Looking ForIf you are a skilled and experienced recruitment coordinator with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences, we want to hear from you
