Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated, sales driven professional to join our team. He/She will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, and achieving different sales goals. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with excellent leadership skills and a strong sales background. You will contribute to the growth and profitability of the organization directly given the importance of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Work closely with key clients in the region to ensure strong & sustainable growth in each account.
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to expand the customer base.
Monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and challenges.
What would your day job involve?
Client Acquisition & Management: Work on new client acquisitions and background work on potential client development and on- boarding
Connect with existing clients for new purchasing requisitions and get a fair amount of payments expected and fund flows.
Work on product or category development of product basket at existing customer end.
Work with the procurement department to ensure a better bottom line of business for repeat cycle orders.
Collaborate across departments : Ensure smoother order execution
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals.
Actively visit potential and existing clients in the foundry industry to promote our products and services
Qualification & Experience:
B. Tech in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Chemical
MBA is an added advantage.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
Hiring Process
