Roles & Responsibilities:
The Corporate Development Analyst will support growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), partnerships, and capital raising. This role will focus on financial analysis, market research, and deal execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial modelling and valuation for potential M&A transactions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Prepare due diligence materials and investment recommendations.
- Work cross-functionally to support business expansion initiatives.
- Board Meeting presentations
- Detailed Cost Analysis and identifying opportunities for optimisation
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, M&A, and capital markets.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA/CFA/MBA is a plus)
