**Job Title**:Corporate Sales Executive**

**Location**: The Retreat by MintHomes, Coimbatore

**Salary Range**:₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month + Performance Bonus**

**Experience Required**: Minimum of 5 years in sales and marketing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and understand local rental market trends and competitors' activities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies with a special focus on corporate sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Effectively communicate property features and benefits in both English and local languages.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
- Think creatively to develop new sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales preferably in corporate sales and real estate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and local languages.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Compatibility with the company's culture and values.
- Ability to adapt to the company's processes and procedures.
- Willingness to learn and implement new sales strategies.
- Good attitude and commitment to providing exceptional client service.
