**JOB IDENTIFICATION & Job Title: Team Member - Corporate Communication**

**Location: Chennai**

**POSITION IN THE ORGANIZATION**:
This position is having total responsibility for Corporate Communication for Saint-Gobain India, the incumbent is required to play key role in conceptualisation and design of corporate communication strategies and programmes relevant with a view to enhance brand image of the Group

**ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Design, develop, and implement corporate communications strategies and programme’s relevant to the Group.

2. Assists in the development of protocol, procedures, practices in accordance with established standards and the Group requirements.

3. Conducts site visits and confers with team members and other stakeholders to ensure work done for events is in accordance with the Group standard and requirements.

4. Conducts research and utilizes data in the analysis and evaluation of information for the preparation of media briefs, policy documents and presentations.

5. Prepares reports/media briefs/correspondence in accordance with the Group requirements.

6. Support for all media relations and event management activities of the Group.

7. Provide expert advice to internal clients on building and protecting the Group’s brand name and image.

8. Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to assess the communications environment.

**QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**:
1. Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication,

2. 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in large organization.

10. Proven ability to work effectively in corporate set up and managing various stake holders.

**PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURS**:
The person should be highly result & customer focus with ability to take risk. Should be able to lead the team for constantly leading in changes in his area of work. The incumbent should be able to leverage internal network of Saint-Gobain in order to solicit support and be multi-cultural in approach for gaining acceptance in the Saint-Gobain Eco-System.

This skill involves focusing efforts and attention on finding out about, understanding and meeting customer needs (both externally or internally - other functions, departments, or divisions of Saint-Gobain), while bearing in mind the objective of establishing lasting, balanced customer relationships and long-term win-win partnerships.
- Tamil speaking mandatory
- Need someone to handle internal and external communication, branding, PR, social media
- MBA in marketing or Bachelors in mass comm or any related degree
- Can be from manufacturing, FMCG, electronics companies

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
