Role Overview:The Proposal Writer will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering high-quality business proposals that align with Hack2skill’s offerings. This role requires someone who can understand client needs, craft tailored solutions, and ensure proposals effectively communicate value propositions in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner.What You’ll Do:As a full-time Proposal Writer, you will:- Lead the end-to-end proposal process for corporate clients, government bodies, and academic institutions.- Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and tech teams to design customised solutions and offerings.- Develop sponsorship decks, pitch documents, and partnership proposals for hackathons, innovation programs, and talent engagement initiatives.- Write and edit proposals with a focus on client benefits, ROI, and innovation impact.- Maintain a proposal content library for faster turnaround.- Track proposal outcomes, analyze feedback, and implement continuous improvements.- Ensure branding, consistency, and quality standards are maintained across all submissions.You Should Have:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in proposal management.- Strong business writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.- Ability to translate technical and program details into client-focused narratives.- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Canva/PowerPoint; familiarity with proposal tools is a plus.
