We aim to eliminate inefficiencies, enhance transparency, and empower exporters with user-friendly solutions that meet the complexities of international trade. Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager/Associate Director with a strong background in international payments, trade finance, and client sourcing. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in international trade, particularly cross-border payments, logistics, or export-related industries. You will be responsible for driving client acquisition directly and through partnerships, building and maintaining relationships, and supporting the growth of our global business. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in the international trade and payments space, focusing on exporters, logistics providers, and international businesses. • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to expand our client base and offer enhanced services. • Drive business growth by sourcing opportunities in cross-border payments and trade finance solutions. • Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies and client needs, ensuring successful delivery of Le Remitt’s services. • Stay informed of market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities in the cross-border payments and trade sectors. • Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to facilitate business development efforts. • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and analysis to potential clients and stakeholders. • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall business development strategy of Le Remitt. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on international payments, logistics, or export industries is MUST • Proven track record of sourcing clients and forming partnerships in the international trade or cross-border payment space. • Deep understanding of international trade processes, regulatory requirements, and payment structures. • Strong networking skills, with the ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
