Job Summary

Nalanda Educational Institutions is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to enhance its online presence. This role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to engage prospective students, parents, and stakeholders.


Candidates must be willing to relocate to Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.


Key Responsibilities


  • Digital Strategy and Campaigns
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve institutional objectives.
  • Plan and manage online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Content Creation and Management
  • Create, curate, and manage compelling content for the institution’s website, blog, and social media channels.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
  • Social Media Management
  • Oversee and manage the institution’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Engage with the online community through posts, comments, and direct messages to build a strong following.
  • SEO and SEM
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic rankings.
  • Manage SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and enhance website conversions.
  • Email Marketing
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and community engagement.
  • Manage email lists, create engaging templates, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting
  • Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign metrics, ROI, and optimization strategies.
  • Website Management
  • Ensure the institution’s website is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
  • Collaborate with web developers to implement necessary updates and improvements.
  • Market Research
  • Conduct research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
  • Use insights to refine digital marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management
  • Assist in managing the digital marketing budget effectively.
  • Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective campaign delivery.


Qualifications


  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience :
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Skills :
  • Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and ROI.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
