About the Role

Are you a data-driven, ROI-focused expert in social media advertising? Do you excel at leveraging advanced targeting, retargeting, and analytics to optimize campaigns for maximum performance? Viral Internet Brands is looking for a Senior Paid Social Specialist to lead paid social strategies for our exclusive portfolio of e-commerce brands.

Collaborating with our creative team at the French head office, you will craft and execute full-funnel paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring alignment with brand goals and delivering exceptional results.


Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Social Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Design, implement, and manage advanced paid social campaigns on Meta Ads Manager , TikTok Business Manager , and Pinterest Ads .
  • Develop full-funnel strategies to capture new audiences, drive engagement, and convert leads into loyal customers.
  • Leverage audience segmentation for precise targeting, including lookalike audiences, interest-based targeting, and behavior-based retargeting.

2. Performance Optimization:

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS , and ACOS in real-time to refine strategies.
  • Use dynamic creative testing (A/B testing) to optimize visuals, copy, and formats for maximum performance.
  • Implement advanced bidding strategies (e.g., value-based bidding, cost caps) to maximize profitability while maintaining efficiency.

3. Collaboration with Creative Teams:

  • Collaborate closely with the French head office to align creative assets with campaign objectives, ensuring cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Provide actionable feedback on creatives to enhance audience engagement and campaign performance.

4. Analytics & Reporting:

  • Build custom dashboards using tools like Google Data Studio , Supermetrics , and Tableau to track and visualize campaign performance.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify key learnings, trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • Integrate findings from paid campaigns into broader marketing strategies to enhance overall performance.

5. Platform Expertise & Trends:

  • Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging ad formats, and best practices for Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Experiment with innovative approaches such as shoppable ads , instant experiences , and story integrations to drive engagement.


Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing large-scale paid social campaigns, ideally for e-commerce brands.
  • Proven track record of driving significant improvements in ROI , ROAS , and ACOS .

Technical Expertise:

  • Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager , TikTok Business Manager , and Pinterest Ads .
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4 , Data Studio , Hotjar , or Supermetrics .
  • Experience with retargeting strategies, pixel management, and multi-channel attribution models.

Data-Driven Mindset:

  • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics and how to optimize campaigns for different stages of the marketing funnel.

Creative Collaboration:

  • Ability to work with creative teams to provide actionable feedback on ad formats, copy, and design to enhance campaign performance.


Communication & Leadership:

  • Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
