Your Role
As a Data Analyst (Marketing & E-commerce), you will specialize in creating advanced Google Data Studio dashboards to:
- Track marketing campaign performance across channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
- Analyze the customer journey and pinpoint drop-off points in conversion funnels.
- Provide actionable insights using techniques such as segmentation, cohort analysis, and trend forecasting.
- Equip business leaders with easy-to-understand, data-driven recommendations for maximizing ROI.
What You’ll Do
Google Data Studio Visualization:
- Build interactive dashboards to consolidate performance data across multiple sources (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM tools).
- Create dynamic filters and drill-downs to explore data by region, device, audience segment, and campaign type.
- Use advanced visualizations like heatmaps, layered charts, and scorecards to highlight key performance metrics.
Data Analysis and Business Insights:
- Conduct in-depth campaign performance analysis: CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and acquisition costs.
- Map conversion funnels and identify bottlenecks to improve the customer journey.
- Apply predictive analytics and forecasting models to guide future marketing investments.
- Perform A/B testing analysis to validate campaign performance and suggest optimizations.
Techniques and Tools:
- Segmentation Analysis: Break down performance by audience demographics, geography, and behavior.
- Cohort Analysis: Evaluate the retention and performance of customer groups over time.
- Trend Analysis: Identify emerging patterns in customer behavior and campaign performance.
- Integrate third-party tools like Google Sheets, BigQuery, or Looker Studio for enhanced reporting and automation.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in marketing or e-commerce.
- Expertise in Google Data Studio and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, BigQuery, and Excel.
- Knowledge of marketing KPIs, funnel metrics, and forecasting techniques.
- A creative approach to data visualization with a focus on usability and clarity.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in providing actionable business insights.
