We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist for E-commerce Brands to lead our paid social strategies and drive exceptional results for our exclusive portfolio of e-commerce brands.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with our creative team at the French head office to craft and execute full-funnel paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.

About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of managing large-scale paid social campaigns, ideally for e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Manager, and Pinterest Ads.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing advanced paid social campaigns on multiple platforms. They will develop full-funnel strategies to capture new audiences, drive engagement, and convert leads into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage advanced paid social campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Manager, and Pinterest Ads.
- Develop full-funnel strategies to capture new audiences, drive engagement, and convert leads into loyal customers.
- Leverage audience segmentation for precise targeting, including lookalike audiences, interest-based targeting, and behavior-based retargeting.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing large-scale paid social campaigns, ideally for e-commerce brands.
- Proven track record of driving significant improvements in ROI, ROAS, and ACOS.
- Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Manager, and Pinterest Ads.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, Hotjar, or Supermetrics.
- Estimated salary: ₹5,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 per year (fixed) + performance-based bonuses and incentives.
