We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our paid social media efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media advertising strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Social Strategy & Campaign Execution:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
    • Align social media advertising efforts with overall business objectives, focusing on driving results and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Create engaging ad campaigns that resonate with target audiences and align with the brand voice and objectives.
  • Campaign Management & Optimization:
    • Oversee the execution of paid social campaigns, including budget management, audience targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking.
    • Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize performance, including A/B testing, adjusting bids, and refining targeting strategies.
    • Ensure ad creatives and copy are optimized to improve click-through rates (CTR), engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Use analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics) to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
    • Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
    • Prepare regular reports on key metrics such as cost per click (CPC), cost per mille (CPM), return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), and CTR, sharing results with the wider marketing team and senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 8-15 years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a proven track record of success in managing paid social campaigns on multiple platforms.
  • Strong experience with ad management platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) and social media analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and other digital marketing technologies is a plus.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum
