We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
• Plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.

Campaign Management:

• Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of paid and organic campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Monitor ROI and KPIs for each campaign to ensure successful outcomes.

SEO and Performance Marketing:

• Collaborate with SEO specialists to enhance organic traffic and keyword rankings.
• Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads to maximize client growth.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators.
• Coordinate with clients, ensuring clear communication and successful project delivery.

Content and Social Media:

• Guide the creation of engaging content that aligns with brand objectives.
• Oversee social media strategies and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Present campaign reports, insights, and recommendations to clients regularly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
