Digital Marketing Director

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and contribute to our company's success.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in crafting and executing digital campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals, ensuring maximum ROI and KPIs for each campaign.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of paid and organic campaigns, analyzing performance metrics and recommending data-driven improvements.
- SEO and Performance Marketing: Collaborate with SEO specialists to enhance organic traffic and keyword rankings, and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads to maximize client growth.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators, ensuring clear communication and successful project delivery.
- Content and Social Media: Guide the creation of engaging content that aligns with brand objectives, oversee social media strategies, and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention, and present campaign reports, insights, and recommendations to clients regularly.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
