Job Title: Tele caller Location: Work from Home Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 0.6 - 1 Year *About the Role:-* We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with potential leads, handling customer inquiries, and achieving call and conversion targets. This role requires excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. *Key Responsibilities:-* * Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services. * Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively. * Maintain records of calls and update CRM/database regularly. * Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication and closure. * Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Provide accurate information to customers and escalate issues when necessary. *Requirements:-* * Proven experience as a Tele caller / Customer Support Executive / Tele sales Representative (preferred). * Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. * Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. * Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. * Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. * A quiet workspace and reliable internet connection (mandatory for remote work). *Benefits:-* * Work-from-home flexibility * Incentive-based performance rewards * On-the-job training and skill development * Opportunity for career growth
