Sales Executive

Global luxury brand specializing in diamond-studded watches and fine jewelry, is hiring a fluent English-speaking Sales Executive to lead our sales in the U.S. market.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries on live chat, phone calls, and emails.
• Convince and assist customers in completing purchases.
• Follow up with leads who did not buy and work on closing sales.
• Reach out to jewelers in the U.S. to generate B2B sales opportunities.
• Find prospects using LinkedIn and other online sources.
• Support with directory listings and maintain sales records.
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Experience in sales, telesales, or customer service (luxury/jewelry preferred).
• Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working night shift (U.S. time zone).
• Proactive, target-oriented, and confident in customer interaction.
