This role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone to provide information about products and services, address inquiries, and assist with their needs. Outbound and Inbound Sales Calls: Initiate calls in US Market to prospective customers to introduce and promote products or services. Handle incoming calls from customers with inquiries or requests, providing information and closing sales. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of all interactions. Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to potential customers. Provide feedback to management regarding customer insights, market trends, and sales performance. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, services, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers. Please note, the compensation bracket for this role is 4LPA - 4.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). ~ Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a call center environment. ~ 0-1 years of experience as a Telesales/SDR. ~
