Sales Development Representative (SDR) India & UAE Business Development Focus Location: Bangalore (Hybrid — 2 days/week from office) Experience: 2–5 years in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Sales / Lead Generation Reports to: Head of GTM & Sales Role Overview As an SDR at ImpactSuite.You’ll be the first point of contact for CXOs, VPs of Sales, and Operations leaders — helping them discover how ImpactSuite can transform their field teams’ productivity. Research, identify, and engage ICP accounts across India and UAE (FMCG, Pharma, Agri, Infra, Retail). Execute personalized outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and calls. Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and pipeline reports. Required Skills & Experience ~2–5 years of experience in outbound B2B SaaS prospecting. ~ Understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and outreach tools (Apollo, Sales Navigator). ~ Hybrid Work (2 days from office, Bangalore HQ) Career growth: move into AE role within 12–18 months based on performance
