Origa Group is India’s first Fin Tech in the equipment leasing segment. It is also the first company in the entire equipment lifecycle management whereby it provides various services such as marketplace for used machinery, branded industrial oils and servicing of machine tooling.
In the machine financing space, it provides highly innovative equipment leasing solutions to growth-oriented companies in India. It offers operating lease and other value-added services to its clients. It has its own branded oils in the categories of Cutting oil and hydraulic oil.
Job Description
Conduct market mapping to identify potential target areas for machinery financing.
Possess in-depth knowledge of industrial clusters in the region.
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, providing valuable feedback on market trends and creative insights.
Actively source and secure new leads for machinery financing, working aggressively to achieve company targets.
Collaborate extensively with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to source new leads.
Assess and evaluate basic business risks associated with clients, along with monitoring and collection capabilities.
Plan approaches and pitches; work with the team to develop proposals that address client needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing solutions and services to ensure competitiveness in the market.
Leverage market and competitor insights to identify and develop unique selling propositions and differentiators for the NBFC.
Utilize Origa’s technology for an enhanced customer experience, quicker transaction turnaround, and a stronger customer engagement model.
Collaborate with internal teams at Origa, such as credit, operations, and finance, to finalize leasing transactions.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Finance (preferred).
