We are hiring AVP - Agency Partnerships for one of our client who is Global leader in Co-Working Spaces. Details below :Role OverviewThe AVP will be the growth architect for the product partner ecosystem. This is a senior,high-impact role focused on monetization strategy, ad-tech alliances, programmatic partnerships, and large-scale agency/brand collaborations.You will be expected to leverage your expertise in digital advertising, GTM partnerships, and ecosystem growth to build scalable revenue streams and long-term partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Monetization & Ad Partnerships● Build and scale monetization opportunities through programmatic, display, OTT/CTV, andhyperlocal advertising solutions.● Drive direct deals, PMP/RTB partnerships, and agency-led ecosystem growth.Strategic Alliances & Agency Relationships● Lead partnerships with media agencies, brands, SSPs/DSPs, and ecosystem players to accelerateadoption.● Establish joint business plans, ensure long-term growth, and close multi-crore partnership deals.Partner Growth & GTM● Design and execute GTM strategies with partners to maximize adoption.● Build revenue accountability through joint planning, category focus, and outcome-basedpartnerships.Cross-Functional Impact● Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to influence roadmap and deliverpartner-first solutions.● Build training, playbooks, and enablement for agencies and ecosystem players.Leadership & Ecosystem Building● Represent us at industry events, forums, and CXO-level discussions.● Mentor internal teams on best practices in programmatic, OTT/CTV, and digital ad monetization.Ideal Candidate Profile● 12–15 years of experience in ad-tech, digital media, or programmatic partnerships, with provensuccess in monetization and large-scale alliances.● Strong background in agency and brand partnerships, programmatic advertising (DSP/SSP, RTB,PMP), OTT/CTV ads, and ecosystem partnerships.● Demonstrated track record of negotiating and closing multi-crore deals across FMCG, BFSI, Auto,Travel, and e Commerce categories.● Ability to drive GTM strategy, P&L ownership, and revenue growth through partnerships.● Excellent CXO-level stakeholder management and strategic negotiation skills.● Thrives in startup environments; ability to balance strategy with execution.Why Join Us?● Build and scale the product.
