Headquartered in Gurgaon, DotPe was founded in March 2020, and within a span of 2 years, the company has empowered 8 Mn+ merchants across various categories to go online with their businesses. The company digitally powers the entire customer journey - ordering, payments, and delivery solutions for 30,000+ restaurants and food courts. For small and medium-sized businesses, the company has an app called Digital Showroom that helps businesses open a digital storefront in under 15 seconds. The app offers a complete suite of business solutions to manage the entire customer journey. DotPe had also acquired Rista Apps the new age mobile point of sale (POS) and cloud management platform for restaurants. DotPe has raised ~ $93 million till date from marquee investors such as PayU, Google, Naspers, MUFG, Infoedge, among others.
About the role :
We are seeking a creative and analytical Product Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure our products meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality marketing content, including product collateral, case studies, blog posts, and social media content.
- Product Documentation: Develop user guides, FAQs, and technical documentation to help customers understand and use the product effectively.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, email, social media, etc.).
- Collaboration: Work closely with product management to understand product features and benefits, and ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
- Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the tools and resources they need to effectively sell our products.
Requirements:
- 2-5 Years' of experience in Product Marketing role.
- Proven experience in content marketing, ideally within a product marketing role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques.
- Ability to create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and marketing tools.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
