Job Overview:

Regional Key account manager will be responsible for managing 25-30 sites (existing installation base) as per allocated region. The key deliverable of the is role is to engage with Neurologists to increase scan requests to the existing installation base (neuro-imaging centers) of SyntheticMR for achieving targeted cash flow for each site. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of the diagnostics field, particularly within the neuro community. 


Responsibilities

§ Sales and Revenue generation

o   Create and implement site specific (25-30 sites) business model to achieve revenue financial goals

o   Increase scan requests from Neurologists to existing installation base (IB) to achieve revenue target for each site

o   Monitor financial performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed

 

§ Engagement

o   Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing neuro-imaging centres and neurologists

o   Engage with management, radiologists and marketing departments of IB (25-30 sites)

o   Liaison with PROs of IB to increase business potential


Qualifications

§ Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Marketing, or a related field

§ 10+ years, proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, within the healthcare industry

§ Strong understanding of the Neuro- imaging sector, with experience in MRI technology being advantageous.

§ Existing network of neurologists

§ Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.

§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

§ Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

§ Willingness to travel as needed.
