Job Overview

The Neuro expert will act as a bridge between the organization and the medical community, focusing on building scientific awareness and fostering engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and neurologists. The role involves organizing targeted initiatives, addressing clinical queries, conducting pathology-specific case studies, and taking the lead in government-related initiatives. Additionally, the expert will facilitate Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and collaborate with the headquarters to provide expert solutions.


Responsibilities

§ Engagement with Neurologists and KOLs:

o   Establish and maintain strong relationships with neurologists and (KOLs) in the field of neurology

o   Organize close-room meetings with senior management and KOLs to foster dialogue and strategic alignment

o   Gather, document, and address clinical queries from neurologists

 

§ Pathology-specific case study

o   Collaborate with neurologists to publish pathology-specific studies highlighting benefits of the SyntheticMR

o   Present findings at internal and external forums to increase awareness and enhance adoption

 

§ Continuous Medical Education (CMEs)

o   Plan, coordinate, and conduct CME programs to promote clinical knowledge and stakeholder engagement

 

§ Strategic Initiatives

o   Take the lead in identifying and engaging with relevant government healthcare initiatives

o   Represent the organization in government meetings and foster partnerships with public health entities.



Qualifications

§ Neuro Expert with Bachelor’s degree in Neurosciences (Master’s/ higher degree is advantageous)

§ Min. 5 years of experience in clinical or scientific roles, ideally in Med Tech or pharma

§ Experienced in KOL management, conducting CMEs and government healthcare collaborations.

 

Core Competencies:

§ Existing network of neurologist

§ Strong understanding of neurology and pathology-specific clinical practices

§ Proficiency in clinical documentation, case study development, and organizing scientific events.

§ Strategic thinking with the ability to manage relationships at all levels, including senior management and government entities.

§ Strong organizational and project management skills.

§ Willingness to travel as needed.
