Senior Business Development Manager

As a Regional Key Account Manager at SyntheticMR, you will be responsible for managing 25-30 sites as per allocated region. The primary goal is to engage with Neurologists to increase scan requests from the existing installation base (neuro-imaging centers) of SyntheticMR, thereby achieving targeted cash flow for each site.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Generation: Create and implement a site-specific business model to achieve revenue financial goals.
- Increase Scan Requests: Engage with Neurologists to increase scan requests from the existing installation base (IB) to achieve revenue targets for each site.
- Monitor Financial Performance: Monitor financial performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the Neuro-imaging sector, with experience in MRI technology being advantageous.
- Existing network of neurologists.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
₹1500000 - ₹2000000 per annum based on location and experience.
