We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in business development, account management, or sales leadership. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

This role requires a high degree of creativity, energy, and passion for achieving results. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and market penetration.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING CUSTOMERS, PARTNERS, AND INTERNAL TEAM MEMBERS.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure contracts and agreements.
  • LEAD CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS AND BUSINESS OBJECTIVES.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business decisions and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the product team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • High degree of creativity, energy, and passion for achieving results.
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent degree.
  • Fluent in Kannada language.
  • Experience working in the construction services industry.

Salary: ₹25-35 lakhs per annum (dependent on experience).

Location: Bangalore.
