Join us in our mission to make wellness fun and accessible We are looking for a data-driven D2C Growth Manager to scale our online revenue, optimize customer journeys, and lead end-to-end growth initiatives across acquisition, retention, and performance.   Drive end-to-end growth of the D2C business, including revenue, profitability, and unit economics. • Responsible for meeting monthly/quarterly/annual targets for the brand website. • Manage digital acquisition, performance marketing, and channel efficiency across paid, affiliate, and influencer channels. • Lead retention, CRM, and lifecycle strategies across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push, and loyalty/referral programs. • Own CRO, run A/B experiments, improve website/landing page funnels, and work with tech/design for UX upgrades. • Monitor customer experience, logistics, cancellations/RTO reduction, and collaborate with CX teams. • Build dashboards, track KPIs, analyse performance data, and drive decision-making through insights.   3–6 years of experience in D2C, ecommerce, or consumer internet brands. • Strong understanding of performance marketing, retention, analytics, and CRO. • Hands-on experience with tools like Shopify, WebEngage, GA4, and ad platforms. • c Be part of India’s fastest-growing D2C brand in wellness. • Ownership & growth opportunities. • Competitive salary + perks in a high-impact role . •
