2. About the Candidate

We are seeking a highly organized and people-oriented Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations).
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growing organization is a plus.

3. Roles and Responsibilities

As our Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Talent Acquisition: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process.
  • Performance Management: Designing and implementing performance management systems, conducting performance reviews, and identifying areas for employee development.
  • Employee Relations: Fostering a positive and productive work environment, addressing employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administering payroll and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Training & Development: Identifying training needs, developing and delivering training programs, and promoting employee growth and development.
  • HR Policies & Procedures: Developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and values.
  • HR Administration: Maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
