Head of Growth and Market Strategy (Marketing & Sales Leadership Role)

Annual CTC: 8,00,000 - 12,00,000/annum
Location: Kota, Rajasthan (On-Site)
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Personal Branding:
- Shape and manage the Founder's professional brand, establishing influence and thought leadership within the edtech industry.
- Develop a high-visibility online presence through LinkedIn and industry events to position the Founder as a key industry authority.
Digital Marketing & Engagement:
- Craft and implement LinkedIn strategies to build brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and increase industry engagement.
- Drive digital branding initiatives across the website, Google search, and social media channels, optimizing for SEO and engagement.
- Oversee the development of engaging, high-quality content that reflects our brand values and expertise, including blog posts, presentations, and case studies.
- Curate and distribute compelling content to reinforce eQOURSE's reliability and thought leadership.
Client Meets and Finalization:
- Oversee the entire client engagement cycle—from initial meetings to deal finalization—ensuring that each interaction aligns with eQOURSE’s values and value propositions.
- Prepare and participate in client meet-ups, bringing exceptional professionalism and a consultative approach to discussions.
Strategic Partnerships & Networking:
- Develop relationships with industry influencers, decision-makers, and organizations to amplify eQOURSE’s reach.
- Implement targeted outreach strategies to engage with potential clients and edtech companies, positioning eQOURSE as a preferred solution.
Market Insights & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct deep market research to identify key trends, challenges, and growth opportunities in the edtech sector.
- Perform competitive analyses to inform strategies that enhance eQOURSE’s position and differentiate our offerings.
Sales & Marketing Alignment With Team Management:
- Work closely with teams to align messaging, strategies, and goals, ensuring a cohesive brand presence.
- Manage the lead generation pipeline, implementing lead scoring and CRM best practices to nurture high-potential leads.
- Lead a team responsible for social media, lead generation, and sales, fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture.
- Mentor and guide team members to develop professional skills and execute initiatives aligned with eQOURSE’s growth objectives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in digital marketing, B2B sales, or personal branding (LinkedIn expertise highly preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, creative problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
