The ideal candidate will have a creative drive, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to think strategically. You will be part of a fast-paced environment where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform daily account management across search engines and social platforms
  • Develop and manage paid top-of-funnel, middle-of-funnel, and bottom-of-funnel visitor traffic to achieve monthly customer acquisition and MRR goals

You will also be responsible for monitoring and administering web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools to identify areas of improvement and optimize client goals.

In addition, you will:

  • Identify and create performance marketing strategies and execution plans
  • Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across all paid channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid advertising
  • Collaborate with content marketers and designers to create campaign assets
  • Work closely with the CEO to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback, and present results

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing/programmatic advertising/digital marketing in a creative agency or similar industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Experience in programmatic advertising landscape is a plus
  • Deep understanding of the media landscape and online marketing ecosystem
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary: ₹1200000 - ₹1500000 per annum (dependent on experience), located in Ahmedabad, India. The salary range includes the estimated costs associated with living in Ahmedabad, taking into account factors such as housing, food, transportation, and other expenses.
