Senior Sales and Customer Relationship Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales and Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Aimlay. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with experience in full sales cycles, negotiation skills, and CRM software to leverage their expertise and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- To convert leads into successful sales or admissions by building strong relationships with customers and identifying their needs.
- Maintenance of existing customer relationships through regular follow-up calls, emails, and timely payments.
- Up-selling and cross-selling services to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handling B2C client interactions with professionalism and ensuring timely debt payments.
- Coordinating with the sales and accounts teams to ensure seamless payment and work processes.
- Reporting on collection activity and updating account status records.
- Communicating project updates to existing customers and addressing any concerns they may have.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in the sales industry, preferably with CRM experience.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Compensation and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from ₹4 LPA to ₹4.80 LPA, depending on experience and qualifications.
